Scope

Payments, billing practices, and refund eligibility for Services

1. Overview

This Billing and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs payments, billing practices, and refund eligibility for all services, products, platforms, and resources (collectively, the "Services") provided by PsyData Labs L.L.C. ("Company").

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in accordance with the applicable pricing, invoice, and agreement
  • Payments may be required in advance, upon delivery, or based on milestones
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend Services for non-payment

3. Pricing and Billing Models

Services may be offered under:

  • Subscription-based pricing
  • One-time purchases
  • Usage-based pricing
  • Custom enterprise arrangements

Specific terms will be defined in the applicable agreement, such as an MSA or SOW.

4. No Refunds for Digital Products

Unless otherwise explicitly stated:

  • All sales of digital products, software, data solutions, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable

This includes:

  • AI/ML tools and outputs
  • Data analytics results
  • Training and knowledge materials

5. Service-Based Refunds (Case-by-Case)

For services, such as consulting, analysis, and custom solutions:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Factors considered may include:

  • Scope of work completed
  • Time and resources expended
  • Contractual obligations

6. Subscription Services

For subscription-based Services:

  • Billing is recurring unless canceled
  • Users are responsible for canceling prior to the next billing cycle
  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law

7. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel Services in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund unless explicitly stated.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of Services
  • Denial of future access
  • Legal action where appropriate

9. Late Payments

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or restrict access to Services
  • Apply late fees where permitted by law
  • Pursue collection actions if necessary

10. Enterprise Arrangements

For enterprise clients:

  • Billing, refunds, and payment terms are governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW)
  • In case of conflict, the MSA or SOW will control

11. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued where required by:

  • Applicable law
  • Explicit contractual agreement

12. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
